Welcome to the ONLINE version of the NM Senior Olympics Registration System. Here you can register for the upcoming State Summer Games, happening in Las Cruces, NM June 8th - 11th, 2022. Please read these pages thoroughly, as the State Summer Games have changed.
NMSO is excited to offer the 2022 State Summer Games as outlined below with the understanding that being safe during this pandemic is of the utmost importance. Things may change as we move closer to the dates of the Games and therefore, we will require athletes to check our website for all Game Updates!
The 2022 State Summer Games will offer a limited number of 19 sports and each sport has been adjusted to limit the number of participants at one venue. The '22 Games will look different from previous years, and we ask for your patience and understanding as we all "Get Back in the Games!" The '22 Games will not allow any spectators to attend and there are no plans to offer any social events. You must have a working/current email address to register ONLINE for State Summer Games. If you do not have an email address you can create a new free GMail account by clicking on this link. Game registration fees will be refunded (to the extent possible) in the event State Summer Games are cancelled due to COVID.
The 19 sports being offered at the State Summer Games are Air Gun, Archery, Badminton, Cycling, Field, Frisbee Distance, Golf, Horseshoes, Huachas(Washers), Pickleball, Race Walk, Road Race Run, Shuffleboard, Soccer Accuracy, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, and Track.
Bowling Athletes be advised, NMSO will be hosting a July 27-28 Tournament at Starlight Bowling in Santa Ana Star Hotel.
We will offer dormitory housing and meals for all pre-registered athletes.
Any athlete 50+ can register now! Registration fees support athlete insurance, data management, awards, National Senior Game Association Membership dues, game promotion and newsletter.
As an OPEN State, awards will be presented to the overall winners (1st -3rd place). To qualify for Nationals, NMSO will qualify both in-state and out-of-state athletes in compliance with NSGA qualifying rules, meaning out-of-state athletes will not take away a qualifying spot from in-state athletes. 2022 IS A QUALIFYING YEAR FOR 2023 NATIONAL SENIOR GAMES presented by Humana, happening in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
A credit card and a valid email address are required for the online registration process. Credit cards include Debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. A 2.5% card processing fee will be charged.
At the end of the online registration process you will be emailed a receipt and an entry confirmation letter. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please check your spam or junk folder.
